I'm one of those people who is very into retro style and classic looks. I'm also a person who knows his way around a kitchen. So in my advanced typography class my senior year of college when asked to make advertisement cards for a series of products, I thought I would combine both styles. I love the retro appliances of the 50s and 60s, and  I plan to own a red refrigerator one day; so with that inspiration I created these cards. I combined the classic 50s and 60s styles into ads with a modern flow to the whole set of cards. I even custom- made an individual pattern derived from those time periods for the back of each card.  A  mix of the old and the new... that's just my style.
